They always come to my rescue! I love me some SeaTow!
They canceled my membership and slandered my name. I've spoken with corporate and we are working on finding out why the Fort Myers branch of Sea Tow did not mail or call me to let me know that they had arbitrarily decided to cancel my membership. They are a some of the most underhanded and unscrupulous people that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They have no problem leaving families with children stranded out on boats in dangerous situations or at nightfall. Terrible people!

Was a Sea Tow member for years and never had to use the service. Unexpectedly found out our membership had lapse for 1 week when we were out on the water and needed the service. Called Sea Tow and explained the situation and they were unwilling to work anything out. Decided then it was time to look for membership elsewhere after having spent hundreds of dollars for the unused service for many past years. Switched to "Boats R-US" and couldn't be happier. Very efficient and customer friendly.
They were great. I had an issue, called and 15 mins later they were there to tow me home, 2 1/2 hours away. I'll never be with out it and if you're on the water you shouldn't be either. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, love these guys.
Sea Tow is the best help a boater could ever have on the water.
I have been a member of Sea Tow for many years. I have also had the misfortune of having to call them in need of service. Once for myself and once for someone I was operating a vessel for that was a member also . Great responce in both situations. One tow even crossed their territory lines and we were handed off to another Sea Tow provider. Great investment. However you need to be patient. There are limited Captains on the water at any time. They will come but may be towing another unfortunate boater. Especially holiday week... read more
Have had Sea Tow for 3 years and never needed it until a few weekends ago. The "Barracuda" arrived and the Captain was very professional. He had to tow me home and even was able to put my boat on the lift. I had my kids on board and it was very comforting to know help was coming when I needed it.
We have been Sea Tow members for years. Last night we zigged when we should have zagged. A quick call to Sea Tow and Captain Mike was on his way. Saved over a thousand dollars by using Sea Tow. Peace of mind - priceless. Thank you guys!!!
