Today for the first time we had to call seatow, our boat suddenly stalled while we were enjoying our sunday. When we called we had dispatcher try to give advice to figure out why we stalled. He said a boat was on the way. Captain Adam showed up towed us to the landing help us get the boat on the trailer which got bent when a tree was nicked. Captain Adam even helped us straighten the bent fender so we could get home safely. We are truly greatful for the service.
I should have wrote this earlier, but on May 30, 2025 I had to be towed in by Sea Tow and it was nothing short of remarkable. I was out in Lake Eustis, Florida when my newly purchased Seadoo Switch began losing oil pressure. It had only 7 hours on the boat. Prior to me going out I purchased Sea Tow as security incase something happened. I thought well the boat is brand new I think it might be foolish to buy Sea Tow. Was I ever happy I did! Captain Stuart was AMAZING, he went above and beyond to take care of our family and make sure we were good to go before leaving us. He turned an unfortunate father's day boat trip into a really positive experience. This was our first time having to use Sea Tow, and because of him we will definitely be members for as long as own a boat. Thank you again Stuart, we truly appreciate you!!
