I visited this clinic in January 2026 due to an ongoing issue with my ear. Dr Wild proceeded to jab a metal piece of equipment into my ear which has now resulted in me having a perforated eardrum. This has caused me significant ongoing issues and I’m still having medical treatment in the UK due to this awful treatment I received. Nice of Dr. Wild to accuse me of “abuse of the MSP health system” for advocating for my own care related to chronic pain. Perhaps not repeatedly interrupting and talking over me would have allowed me to fully explain my reasons for seeking further medical care. Disgusted. Lovely receptionist though.
While visiting family in Squamish I ended up having to visit this clinic. The kindness I received is something I’ve not experienced in a medical clinic in a very long time. Thank you for treating me with dignity, respect AND kindness, you are all in the right profession
I had been dealing with a painful, swollen gum for two days and honestly didn’t know what to do. Seeking medical care in Canada can sometimes feel a little overwhelming, especially when you’re not familiar with the system. I’ve been coming to this clinic consistently for the last 5 years and have been so grateful for Reagan who works at the front desk.
