We have been loyal customers for a couple years now and each time we have eaten there it was wonderful! Until today. We ordered Calamari as we normally do but this time it came on a smaller plate and the portion was half what we got previously? When we asked the staff what happened they all just kind of looked at us Like "What"? Then one of the cooks said well it depends on who the cook was? Really!? You don't have set portions?! Very disappointing. Pull it together folks! It's all in the service!
I am amazed at the semi bad reviews I have read. I am from Mississippi near the gulf coast so I know seafood. I have lived here for 5 years and only recently found this place. AMAZING!!! The freshest seafood I have tasted here in the north. The prices in my opinion compared to prices on the coast are great!! My husband got the oyster poboy that he raved about. I got the crab cake which comes with corn salsa, Cole slaw and fruit...incredible for 10.00. And we have had the fish tacos...4.95 and you get two tacos with huge piec... read more
I have been here several times. I tried the fried sea scallop tacos. I picked it up to eat it and the filling fell through the middle onto the plate. I think the liquid from the salsa made the two layers of tortilla way too soggy. Very hard to eat them. I would not order them again. My husband had the fried shrimp platter. Several of the shrimp were not cleaned and my husband had to try to remove the black track with the tines of his fork. One shrimp had the shell still on it. DO NOT GO TO SEASALT! !!!! I love the place but I don't want to wait in line. Ha.
Long lines & long wait for food . Glad the food was good. Wish they would give larger portions of veggies since the prices are borderline high, tho seafood is high everywhere here these days. I'd still like a double garnish & a double slaw for what we paid. Beautiful day to be there tho.
They need to have more registers to take orders, staff needs to pick up their pace. They could double their sales. Slowest service ever experienced. Food was good!
Best seafood in the state!! Crawfish roll was Amazing! Fried fish basket was fabulous too!
