This is our second boat purchase from Marine Center. Gavin worked with us both times. Great pricing and excellent checkout experience. He walked through all of the systems on the boat and made sure we understood how everything works. Great follow up after the purchase as well. I would recommend Marine Center Indiana to anyone looking for a fair price on great boats with exceptional customer service.
I had great experience purchasing a boat at the marine center of Indiana this year. I made contact with Gavin Hoffman first thru email. Sent a message about a boat in stock and received a response right away then talked on the phone a bit. He got the boat ready to pick up very quickly and I drove 200 plus miles to pick it up. No problems also I was outta state they sent the purchase affidavits for getting the boat and motor titled also without any problems! Thanks to all there Dwane M.
Bought 2nd boat with Gavin in the past 3 years. Each time, very helpful, informative, knowledgeable, and very, very helpful after the sale with questions. Great to work with! Highly recommend.
We stored our boat with this company over the winter, with a promise of it being back in the water by the end of April. We have had to call them 50 times to get the right answers and we still don’t have the boat nor any communication on when we will get it. They said they were a week back due to weather, which is odd considering this spring has been warm and mild…. Sam Robertson was incredibly helpful. I live in Illinois and the local dealer that I bought the Hobie Kayak from has been unsupportive. My 360 pedal drive needed to be rebuilt. They were not even helpful in finding the parts. After spending money on new parts and trying to rebuild it myself failed, he told me about a program that Hobie offers to replace the drive with a refurbished one for a fraction of the price of a new one. He confirmed, followed up and expedited the process immediately. We'll done Sam!
