Wish I would’ve gone off the review of a previous applicant that posted how they never contacted her again to let her know if she was approved or not and was out the $200 application fee well the same happened to me I was told it was non refundable wether I was approved or not and knowing I was in good standing and had no reason to be denied I went for it but to never contact me after almost 4 weeks is insane and got the nerve to tell me they were just about to call me when I called to ask why I was never contacted (what a c... read more
I've been out here almost 10 years. It's quiet. I did have to move to another unit due to neighbors but that was after 9 years(young couple in their early 20's smh). Rent is reasonable. With water and washer dryer rental and other fees my rent is still under $1000. I have a full size washer and dryer in the utility room with space to move around.
