My husband paid $200 for fees…non refundable!!! Talking bout it’s used for background check etc, and they have to pay someone to do it. His background check wasn’t accurate at all. He has NEVER been late on a payment for anything!… And his credit score has always been good, yet he was denied. Evidently they make their money by charging fees- knowing damn well people won’t be approved. Not recommended!

I want to make a comment about a situation that is happening in the apartments. The area is very nice and pleasant to live in, however, some neighbors make too much noise during the early morning, which does not allow you to rest or sleep properly. Unfortunately, they don't seem to care about the time or the respect for the other residents. I think it would be important for the administration to give them a warning or take action in this regard, since if this situation continues I will need to call the police. Have to say 615 Sea Pine Lane exceeded expectations!!!!!!! Tara and staff your customer service and attentiveness truly makes Sea Pine Lane a pleasure to live. The apartments are well maintained, and if there’s any issues, it’s addressed quickly. It’s very quiet and peaceful exactly what we were looking for . Tara Thank You !! Dennis & Korytt

Maybe before trying to evict a tenant. These people need to follow the eviction laws of Va . Not just put someone out. In Virginia, a landlord must provide specific written notice to a tenant before pursuing an eviction. Common reasons for eviction include non-payment of rent, lease violations, or illegal activity.
