In what way is this an urgent care center when I show up at 11:45 and I’m told “we have no providers until 5:30” and their hours show they are only open until 5? This is the worst walk in clinic ever and I don’t even think they care.
Been going here forever almost never gotten sick
This is the most USELESS clinic ever. Every time we’ve needed to come here they “don’t have enough providers” or a 2 hour window for doctors to take a 30 min lunch. I’ve always been patient with my 82 year old dad by accommodating and coming back the next day only to be sent away again. This is the second time to have to go to the ER to actually be seen by a doctor. This time arriving 45 mins before they close we passed the doctor leaving as we were told we couldn’t be seen. DON'T GO HERE! You'll be in the waiting room for 3 hours. They don't send your prescription to the pharmacy and won't answer the phone or if they do, you'll be on hold all day
I was stationed at Fort Lewis, I returned after retiring, this is my clinic. Doctors and Nurses are wonderful, especially when I feel like crap. I go here, I take my family here. They will get ya back on your feet.
