Worst place! Took off my braces when they weren’t even due! Now I have to pay 5,000+ for Invisalign! Horrible work! Glad they closed I would’ve totally made a complaint! They’re also only open Monday which IS A WORK DAY! Horrible dental work and office.
1. The place is only open once a week on Monday. 2. The support staff work at regular dental clinics the rest of the week so do not know how to do orthodontics procedures effectively. 3. Had to wait over a month for emergency fix of braces. 4. Good luck finding an appointment within a month and a half. This place needs to close or invest more staff and energy. The main dentist is really good though so I feel a little bad about posting such a bad review, but he has his own private practice and only goes here once a week.
This customer service is the worst.. They put you on hold numerous time don't know anything, they put on hold just for some simple question...and to get any major working done orthodontist is only there once a month... in order for you to be check out by orthodontist you have to be be there patient.
