Went to SeaMar as I was desperately searching for a Medicaid-approved place to have an abscessed molar extracted. SeaMar is the only place in North Snohomish County I could find who were willing to help straight away. Although they're VERY busy they got me in within a day for an initial diagnosis/consult and set me up with a date for the extraction in January. I normally don't leave negative reviews, but I feel like I have to share my experience here. My first appointment was already disappointing. After waiting three months as a new patient, I went in for a cleaning and left with a mouthful of blood. When I asked at the front desk if I could spit it out, the assistant told me "it won't hurt you if you swallow it." I ended up walking over to a sink and spitting out all the blood myself. I have worked with Ivan and Dr. Kim at this location a couple times now. They are by FAR the best team I have ever worked with. Their level of professionalism is unmatched, I would recommend this team to ANYONE needing dental work. I drive 90 minutes one way to be seen here, and it’s worth it every time. Thank you to the staff here for all that you do!!
The receptionist and helper were amazing. The dentist told me I had anxiety and inflamed gums. Well when I went to the dr later that day with swollen face, lock jaw for day 3, and swelling in my throat he apologized for the dentist not helping me and told me thank goodness I came in. The infection was spreading. All this to say if you didn’t get the help from here please go see someone else.
465$ for a new client consultation!! When you have more one star reviews than I’ve ever seen at any company is beyond crazy!!
