This isn’t the first time and most likely not the last time. Sea Mar failed to make contact with me to verify an appointment that had been set for over two months. I show up to my appointment and they cancelled the appointment and had the audacity to get an attitude with me knowing the appointment had been set months prior. Once again not a new behavior. I'm not really sure why this clinic is rated as it is. My experience was about as perfect as you can reasonably expect. I was called twice to confirm my appointment, there was no problem with me showing up 5 minutes late due to traffic, the receptionist and nurses were very kind and attentive, and my doctor listened to my symptoms and provided the referrals I needed for specialist care. Been going here for years now the doctors ecnore your messages you send to them on my chart pharmacy doesn't call you back since staff changed idk who's running it certain other people are getting special treatment More than others considering going to a different doctors office that doesn't even work with seamar nobody gets back to you they always make excuses saying their to busy hopefully things change
