Great late night bar and friendly, professional staff.
I love everything about this place. The staff is friendly and helpful, the view of the harbor is great, and the food is delicious. And unlike a lot of restaurants, the bartenders are happy to make delicious non-alcoholic cocktails. The strawberry shrub & basil soda that they made me (several times over the course of this weekend) was one of the most delicious beverages I have ever had. A whole bunch of thumbs up for Sea Level!
Oysters r so fresh! Chowder full of seafood. Entrees absolutely amazing. Bantam cider and double ipa's from west coast top notch Servers are so sweet helpful and pay Attention to detail

Food was horrible. Very inexperienced staff. Seafood pie was a casserole containing very small portions of seafood, mixed vegetables and mashed potatoes, all in one dish. Every seasoning in the cabinet was thrown in which upset my stomach and it was topped off with 2lbs of ritz crackers. My wife had a pizza which was a "special" item. Whole cloves of garlic were on every slice. It should have been priced higher as there was $10 worth of garlic on it alone. Mgr didn't even comp the whole tab only the entrees.
