The only thing I don't like about Sea Country is that you have to sign in. It's feels very impersonal.

We have a sign in sheet at the front desk as a tracking system and also to make sure no patients are forgotten. Sometimes we get busy on the phones but we do our best to greet each patient as they walk in. Thank you.
I had to wait 35 minutes past my appointment time. When I asked the front desk I got a snippy person saying my dental hygenist was running just a little bit late (alot late). My dental hygenist performed a water clening and then wanted to charge me $45.00 without prior approval by me. I will be looking for a new dentist.
