I got there early, they had me wait a half an hour over my appointment time to be seen. The dr. Was nice enough, but we didn't agree upon what I wanted. Financial options are slim, either full amount or care credit. And then they made me wait another 15 minutes after to pay for my visit and that was just for a consultation! No work, no cleaning! It took three hours and I still have to call to schedule a cleaning.. Ya..

I have a problem with your billing practices. It's inappropriate to always make us sit in the waiting room before you have us pay. Then I pay and it's always more when I get an actual bill. Every other practice I've been to and have heard of bills after the insurance pays. I've just realized after all these years that while my insurance completely, 100 per cent, covers two cleanings a year, Sea Country bills it as " periadontal maintence" and I have been paying thirty per cent of this charge.
