Do not rent from these people. All good up front, but wait until you move out! We followed move out instruction to the letter and they still changed us $800 from our security deposit. I can see we missed a few small items, like some command hooks left up, and not putting a globe on in the closet, but everything else was done. They will lie to you. We had a very poor experience, we spent $2,800 for four days, the bed was broken and the property was in rough condition, but we did not bother to report since we were trying to have a good time at the beach. When we left the property the owner and Sea Coast Rentals tried to hustle us to pay for the bed and other things that needed repair in the unit.
