We are very happy with Kim Savage of Seacoast Rentals. She is professional, quick to respond and handles all concerns in a timely manner.
I thought I had already posted a review for Kim Savage, but it is does deserve repeating!! I have very much enjoyed working with Kim. She seems to stay on top of the rental property and takes care of any issues that arise. She also stays in touch with us (owners) and responds instantly when we need to contact her. Having Kim handle our rental property is certainly a comfort as we live in a different state from our property that she handles..
I am very happy with the excellent communications and service that Kim Savage of Sea Coast rentals provides. She looks after every detail and advises and recommends adjustments that will make my properties more appealing and always be in the best shape for renters.
