We just stayed at a property managed by them over Labor Day weekend and were incredibly disappointed. The home was not properly cleaned between guests, several items were broken or not working, and they were very dismissive when we shared our feedback. We rent in the area about four times a year and have never paid this much for such a subpar experience. Unfortunately, based on this stay, we will not stay at another property managed by them again.

If a problem occurs, Wendy is definitely your go to! My refrigerator started acting up after 9 at night and Wendy stayed on the situation until resolved. I’ve dealt with her on several occasions and each time she has gone above and beyond to aide in solving any issues.
