We had some things that needed fixing... garbage disposal, shutters, drain in bathtub. We put in a work order, every thing was fixed in a day and I’m still hearing the ocean waves every day! I still say this is the best place we’ve ever lived.
I didn't feel safe I was staying at my friend's apartment and she had just been robbed during the day when her 90 year old mother was in the apartment.
