Just had a very horrible experience with Sea Breeze Roofing. As a condo owner our HOA chose this company. The replacement of our building's roof required removing of the ac unit mounted on top of the roof. My ac unit was less than one year old. When the subcontracted vendor remounted the ac unit they left the unit unoperable. After calling and visiting in person, Sea Breeze told me there was nothing we can do.
