My wife took a pair of jeans in to this place based on good reviews, and they ended up ruining them by cutting them way too short. I'm not sure how they did that as she gave them another pair of pants and just wanted them the same length, not complicated at all. What followed was basically the worst treatment I've EVER received by a business. I see a lot of good reviews of this place so maybe they got lucky, but that was in no way our experience at all.
