Very clean and spacious rooms. I hope we get the chance to stay here again.
I've been here a couple times, and the food was amazing. I want to eat there again.
We had Frankie's Bike Week at sea Bay Hotel the service was excellent from Aubrey and everyone at the front desk was very professional. The security was great from Carl and Jimmy. The service at the cafe that's below the hotel was excellent, food was great and service was professional. The rooms were very clean and the cleaning crew was very friendly every morning.
Service was great mark and Trista took good care of us after Fenwick inn screwed us over thanks again to mark and Trista
I had booked a double bed with sofabed room in the East building from Aug 24th- Aug 27th. I was unable to go because of a death in my family. I called the hotel and explained the situation and asked if my older daughter can take my reservation. They took my daughters info and she took our reservation. They were very helpful and understanding. The price was right. The room was very large and clean. The kids had a good time. We will stay there again.
My only complaint was that it was a little noisy when all of the bar hoppers got in for the night. The price wasn't too bad compared to other hotels in the area and we were able to get a view of the bay which was really nice to sit on the balcony and look out at the water. There is a restaurant on site which was nice. I would definitely stay here again.
So many things wrong with this hotel!!! For one we got there and there was a pair of shoes under the bed! then i got a room that sleeps six and they gave me one parking pass! And i couldnt even park in there parking lot because people who didnt have a parking pass parked in the lot or doubled parked... I told the front desk and they didnt do anything about it! I have been coming here for a few years now I will continue to come never had a problem at all thanks you to all the employees
extremely clean and prices are very reasonable! plus rooms are huge!! loved our stay!!
