Retired Hot Rodder I just bought a nice 4X4 from these guys. I'm 70 years old and have been a car nut since I was about 14 years old. TERRIBLE! I spent 10k on a car here even though it was only worth 8k something and they refused to budge on the price cause it was a popular enough car they knew if I didn't buy some other smuck would. That's my own fault cause it was the car I wanted. BUYERS BEWARE! To whom it may concern: After reviewing the inspection and car fax reports Sea-Auto provided, I decided to purchase my car (02 BMW M3 for $22k). The inspections showed that the car was in safe, drivable condition. The car arrived in very poor condition: I was both misled and lied to by the dealer, Sea Auto Sales. Great people to deal with Recently bought a 2004 Audi S4 from these guys. Worked with a sales man name Vitaly, great guy to work with. They helped me with getting me financed, even though i have bad credit. Also they threw in a 3 month 3k miles warranty. 5 stars!!!
Beware of Sea Auto Sales My husband and I bought a car here last Saturday around noon and by 5:00 it was on a tow truck Back to the dealer. When I called the manager to let him know it had broke down in the middle of the street he said "well, you bought it as is" and "you said your son was learning to drive a manual maybe he did something to it" when I said we wanted to tow it back to the dealership he. Do not make a mistake purchasing your next vehicle here... Well...I was looking to trade-in my vehicle here, but after a brief conversation with the sales man and manager, I knew they were not just another used car dealership, they are WORST! No matter what you say, or facts you have researched, they will refute! Bottom line, do not waste time with this type of business.
Unbelievable My wife and I just bought a truck from these guys. Haven't had a problem with the truck yet, but the bank told the manager that they had done the paperwork wrong and needed the paperwork re-done. The manager begged us to drive back to fix it instead of mailing the stuff. He said the bank wouldn't pay him until the new paperwork was filled out. Customer I purchased a 2004 VW Jetta 1.8T on 11.8.10 after my civic si was stolen. When I purchased the car it looked clean and seemed to be almost perfect condition. When I picked the car up on 11.12.10 I asked the sales rep for service records so I could have record of what services the mechanic did but they didn??t have any records since they "trusted" the mechanic. Avoid Sea-Auto sales. Do not buy a car here. They are dishonest, nothing like their website describes, and are very much the stereotypical slime ball car salesmen. They sell wrecked cars and lie about the real state that the car is in. They were also very dishonest about the terms of my loan. When confronted they said they would do anything to "make it right"... sorry, you can't turn back time, and you've lost my trust. Will never do business here again.
