I’ve had a very positive experience working with the management of Sea Air Apartments. The property manager, Teshira Smallwood, is a pleasure to work with. She is knowledgeable, courteous and has been very patient throughout the entire lease up process.
Just moved to LA from NYC and wanted to live semi-near the beach but not pay a fortune just to live in a box. Sea Air Apartments was the perfect find! Very large, spacious units with new fixtures, floors and great natural lighting. Friendly, chill neighbors (Go Kings!) and the on-site manager Garrett has been awesome at fielding my 101 questions, haha! Grab a lease application if you're looking for a dope spot!
