When installing back roof, they didn't install the facia properly to cover the wood. When I brought it up to Steve, he claimed it was always like that. When I sent pictures, he said ok he understands and would come out. Then the new roof leaked one month after being installed. When we contacted Steve, he sent out a guy to address the leak. Shane was extremely rude to my wife and he marked up the brand new roof while addressing the leak. There was a garage leak. But didn't no where or how the water was getting in. Steve stopped over to review the area. Provided explanation and a course of action. Then caulked a couple of places. In my experience this was a very good company.
Steve, the owner of SE-ME, came to my house personally. He was easy to talk to, answered all my questions, and never pressured me into the sale. When the SE-ME crew arrived, they were well-organize. Each person knew their role and worked together like a seasoned team. Mikey, the crew’s quarterback, called the plays and kept me informed with regular progress updates. The job was finished on time, and the work site was cleaned up to perfection
