Fabulous service for several years- Alec has taken care of all our printers and toner. He is super fast to respond and we appreciate his professionalism and pleasant attitude!! I highly recommend this company!
This place is horrible I went to go drop off a copy machine I needed fix they told me it would be ready in a week and they would contact me, a week goes by I hear nothing so I decide to give them a call and they tell me to give them another week, I call them on the third week and Alex answers being very rude saying if I don’t want to go anything fixed to come pick it up MY PRINTER WAS THERE FOR 3 WEEKS AND NO TYPE OF WORK WAS DONE TO IT!
Alex has just been wonderful with servicing and problem shooting our very old plotter machine. Always easy to get in touch with and knowledgeable.
I received excellent service! They were friendly and respectful. Most of all they didn't try to up-sell or pressure me to do additional repairs that I didn't need. The service was fast which I liked because I was expecting to wait a long time.
