My mom recently started receiving care from SE Health and I have to say, she is super pleased. The PSWs are exceptional and the coordination staff along with the Personal Support manager have been very considerate ensuring that her care schedule is consistent. The PSWs show up on time and call/text my mom the night before to ensure that mom is prepared for their visit. Great company with great people!
Wish I could leave a lower score as 1 psw Odette ruins it for everyone else. She said she was doing us a favour but attending my mother. We have a schedule and she thinks she can change it at will. She gives attitude and my mother doesn't like her either but does the other psw's. This company hires only based on a heartbeat not compassion.
My husband lost his right leg from an accident and is attending SE health for driving assessments to get his license back. VERY unprofessional OT (nelle) who doesn’t file paperwork on time to get the necessary documents for TDL, nor continues to communicate with insurance for program coverage. Refuses to listen to the patient’s concerns regarding what they can and can’t do due to physical inability… even has the audacity to tell him what she thinks he SHOULDNT do in his future for careers due to his disability. very disappointed - my grandmother is supposed to be having 2 days per week 1 hour homecare. first day the psw arrived and left within 16 mins. the second day no psw arrived and we called 4.5 hours after they were to arrive and the supervisor is now looking into this. very unprofessional and not fair to leave an individual waiting for care. no call or anything to say they were late or not able to attend!!!!!
