I am a PSW in North York 3 area. Our Supervisor Rachel Oluwo is an amazing Manager. She is very Professional, Polite, Caring for all of her staff, Compassionate, always there to help the PSWs and I feel very comfortable to go and talk to her. Totally recommend. I am so happy Rachel came back to NY3.
I have left numerous messages and non are ever answered. Very poor communication!!! I would rate a Zero but I don’t have the option.

The one star is for the grossly useless phone call numbers that are a complete waste of time. Want to cancel an appointment, impossible, the individual clinic numbers are not available. After listening to long messages, in multiple languages, telling you abusive calls will not be tolerated, you only get connected to some remote call center. So it is impossible to cancel or change an appointment. By the time you've wasted 10-15 minutes you will be angry and abusive.
