So nothing has changed in the past three months St. Elizabeth has become a disaster. So many missed appointments and no return calls. The office administration is non existant event after follow up from our Health Care Coordinator:

Sirena the paralegal here banned me from my moms nursing home in Calgary at Millrise Seniors Village because I brought complaints to SE health about the neglect in the nursing home. This was a week before my moms cancer surgery, My mom was in complete distress the week before her surgery and almost died in ICU a week after her surgery. I told off Sirena and told her I was going to escalate things and now my mom is banned from going back to her nursing home.
