That PSW scheduler Cynthia is a piece of work! She keeps removing and changing my granddad’s psw hours! I told her “Do not touch!” But that woman does not seem to listen! The last time I checked, we have the right to schedule our preferred psw’s! The next that it happens again, I will escalate Cynthia’s poor customer relations to corporate head office!
One of the PSW schedulers in GTA named Cynthia would not give back our preferred PSW's. Our preferred PSW's have been top notch in taking care of my wife who has breast cancer. It appears to us that Cynthia is putting whomever she likes on the schedule, probably those are her friends. The PSW's she assigned to us are below average in taking care patient.
Se health is the worst company you can work for, all they care about is their profits, dont care about their employees mental health, the director on-top is clueless on what is happening on the field. She just bosses the managers around while she sits comfy at home. Save your self the time and apply to mclds than working for this company.
This will be my second review. The nurses are great the admin staff is ether disorganized, not empathetic or a mixture of both. Called to find out when my nurse was coming. Told I had the day nurse so morning or early afternoon. No nurse comes after arranging my whole day around this. Find out at 230 my nurse is coming at some point. Forcing me to cancel my client(I work one on one) causing me to loose on wages.
