Worst auction I’ve been to. The property was advertised as “free and clear” when it was in fact not. Objects that were supposed to stay with the property were sold, like my well cover! My lawyer said the contract we signed on the day of the auction was one of the worst “contracts” he had ever read.
Steve Zogg and his family did a wonderful job selling our cattle and machinery during our dairy auction a couple of weeks ago. Marisa kept records of all the inventory and at the end of the day we received and itemized list. They provided a catalog for individuals to look at before the sale. I highly recommended them for any auction. Steve expertise and knowledge of selling cattle was incredible. Steve came numerous times and pictured and video our cattle and machinery.
SDZauctions will put 110% into everything they say and do their absolute best with their auction services. More references on their website too!
My parents contracted with SDZ Auctions for a Absolute property & household auction in the summer of 2018. They were very kind and thoughtful through the process beginning to end. Never pressuring them into a decision or rushing the process. Always reassuring that the property would sell at a profitable price and it did.
