This developer doesn’t build ADUs, he builds apartment complexes in single family backyards with no supporting infrastructure all while scooping up entry level housing that should be available for families. This is a mess that taxpayers will be on the hook for.

I have personally watched Mr. Spicer and SDRE destroy single-family neighborhoods in San Diego with his multi unit multistory backyard developments of up to 30 or 40 units on a single-family lot. He has done more to damage our neighborhoods than any other developer. Please do not give him your business

This is the greediest developer in San Diego. They focus on maximized profit in destroying communities. They build maximum amount of ADUs on the smallest lot, with no parking or concern with public safety. They need to lose their real estate license and any license they have for building. They claim they care about the community but that's all lies.
