I submitted an application online for an apartment that was available... most apartments want an application fee, which I was aware of and paid but this company actually charges you a hold deposit at the time of applying, this is crazy because you're not even sure if you're approved for the apartment BEFORE they charge you an extra 500 DOLLARS. Worst apartment ever!!!!!!! Living here is like living in hell! The walls are thin and you can hear everything the people are saying and doing next door. Cheap construction and very expensive$$$$$$$$$ If you want to be completely miserable and absolutely HATE where you live, deal with miscommunication and very rude management this is the place for you!
Avoid at all cost nasty management and cheap built. the smell of weed coming to my apartment
