Been here since December and really haven't had any issues at all. Love the community room and the fitness room and the pool table. Most of all Janice is great whenever I have an issue she gets the problem solved for me and she is also easy to talk to if you have an issue. So I would recommend if you're looking for a quiet place and nice neighbors and a manager that you can easily talk to meaning Janice it's definitely worth the look.
I’m in apartment 34 and i moved in two months ago and the maintenance guy who is new named Elvis is truly a blessing to this community. He is very quick and always on top of things. I mean every time I see this guy he is running around making sure everything is getting done. And the manager that is in the office, She seems to be really really nice. Seems to be on top of her job as well. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.
The pool was amazing this year!! The gym and community room finally opened and it’s so nice. My kids love the kid room. One thing I will say is Myself and my husband were very excited to see that they took all of the pool equipment indoors at the end of the season this year because the old property manager, Heather left it out to get ruined for three years. We are excited to see the changes!!
