I've had a great experience with SD HOA—everything has been well-managed and communication has always been clear and timely. Jennifer in particular has been incredibly responsive and kind anytime I've reached out, which really makes a difference. It’s rare to find an HOA that feels this organized and attentive!Â
They withhold payment to there vendors after they have completed the work. Don’t trust this company and Mary especially. Horrible communication and if you call right now says closed. You can’t even talk to anyone. Run away from this company.Â
It's hard to find a good HOA manager for smaller complexes. There have been a few issues, but Jennifer always fixed things up for us. Way better service than any of the other companies we've tried. We have been with them for about 4 years now.Â
Disappointing My family has lived in this condo for over 20 years. San Diego Home Owner's Association Management Company has been horrible to work with. From the beginning, communication has been a challenge. It takes weeks to get the simplest repairs done. When you finally get someone on the the phone, they are dismissive and unhelpful. I would not recommend San Diego Home Owner's Association Management Company to anyone. Save yourself and your fellow homeowners the stress and find a company that values their customers.Â
