My experience with SDHOA was generally unremarkable—the business itself provided service that was marginal and not particularly noteworthy. However, James and Lilly distinguished themselves through their exceptional professionalism and dedication, greatly improving the overall experience. Lilly has exceptional knowledge she uses in solving emergency building problems after hours and James, our manager, has extraordinary experience, contacts, and organizational skills, making the board's job efficient and pleasant!Â
Five stars for James! Being in real estate, I know how difficult HOA coordination can be. James is easily one of the best I’ve worked with. He’s proactive, communicative, and even assisted us over the weekend. Highly recommend his services!Â

I've had a great experience with SD HOA—everything has been well-managed and communication has always been clear and timely. Jennifer in particular has been incredibly responsive and kind anytime I've reached out, which really makes a difference. It’s rare to find an HOA that feels this organized and attentive!Â
It's hard to find a good HOA manager for smaller complexes. There have been a few issues, but Jennifer always fixed things up for us. Way better service than any of the other companies we've tried. We have been with them for about 4 years now.Â
