However, James and Lilly distinguished themselves through their exceptional professionalism and dedication, greatly improving the overall experience. Lilly has exceptional knowledge she uses in solving emergency building problems after hours and James, our manager, has extraordinary experience, contacts, and organizational skills, making the board's job efficient and pleasant!Â
