Do not bank here. A serious oversight was made by a banker named “Kayla” (who no longer works there) on our account and they won’t admit fault; therefore forcing us to keep the account open and won’t take responsibility for negligence. On top of “Kayla” making this serious mistake, she lied to us saying there is a legal team at the bank to help resolve the matter. I walked inside this regents sdccu branch next to the Vons this morning 5/28/24 and the 2 young girls working there were very rude and just mad dogged me for no reason and there customer service was terrible. And made me feel unwelcomed. Looked like they hate there jobs if they do just look for another profession if any of yall are reading this ...and stop frowning and looking mad at the clients...if your mad be mad at yourself not on random people..I hope there boss can teach them some respect. ZERO STARS. Do not do business with this place. A banker “Kayla” negligently failed to make important changes on our account even though she told us all was taken care of that we requested. We did not find out until we tried to close the account shortly thereafter. When we went back to this branch to ask her to correct this serious oversight, she didn’t know what to say, in fact referring us to another dept “in house” that we found out doesn’t exist in house.
