Very inefficient service and not that welcoming. Avoid dealing with this branch if possible.
Fast and efficient, no lines. Everything I expect from an SDCCU branch.
I walked in with my 6-year old to make a deposit and 40 minutes later Edward Martinez still couldn’t do it. I asked the manager if she could assist and she wasn’t able to assist either. I went to a different bank and was in and out in about 3 minutes.
I've had this bank for years. The customer service is amazing and their understanding if there's any problems.
I used the ATM to get cash for tips, and ended up with a $50 bill. Worthless! So I went in the bank to get change. I was in a hurry and there were no other customers. They made me prove I was a customer even though I had the ATM receipt in my hand, and then I had to wait until they went to the safe and got small bills, and then count the money or whatever. I was late for my appointment and had to reschedule. I told them I was in a hurry and they kept saying it wouldn't take long. That's not what I call customer service.
