Looks like they don't want to do business at all. No refinancing, bad rates, to complicated to get approved, high fees on every single thing and ATMs NEVER WORK! So they can charge you fees, they don't have Zelle so no transfers between accounts. This is just ridiculous.
Poor customer service. I don’t need to show you ID just to exchange a 50 for smaller bills. No other store does that.
