Update: Dec 5 2025- My husband came in to withdraw funds, and the operations person who was unable to assist me= (Her name was Dominique (who goes by Nikki) attempted to intimidate me while my husband was at the teller window. He naturally is protective and was in shock and was taken aback. Not surprisingly, he closed out and transferred out his funds to another institution. My son is collecting coins and asked me to stop by and change a few dollars for pennies. The cashier refused, saying it’s the bank’s policy not to change cash for non customers. Well I guess I will never open up an account in this bank
Awful. Went in the bank to get my $$$ out and the branch manager told me I couldnt get my own $$$ in cash. Then brought out some paperwork that showed she has no right to NOT give me my money. I told her her job should get nuked over it and she called the police on me. No kidding. Called the police by the bank that has OUR money it in. Martha should and hopefully will get fired and we're getting our money out tomorrow. That's - SDCCU in PQ. NEVER EVER give these clowns your money.
