Awful. Went in the bank to get my $$$ out and the branch manager told me I couldnt get my own $$$ in cash. Then brought out some paperwork that showed she has no right to NOT give me my money. I told her her job should get nuked over it and she called the police on me. No kidding. Called the police by the bank that has OUR money it in. Martha should and hopefully will get fired and we're getting our money out tomorrow. That's - SDCCU in PQ. NEVER EVER give these clowns your money.

The supervisor named Crystal has probably some of the worst customer service i have experienced. Her comments and attitude i wish on no other customers. After i asked her a simple question about ID, her answer was very rude. She kept saying i was having a bad day and proceeded to repeat it. Note i have been feeling sick due to the weather.
