Went in there today to get information and setup a 529 plan and CD. Was told by receptionist I need to speak to financial advisor, he was busy so she took my number down and said he (financial advisor) would call me back. Receptionist called me saying the financial advisor gave her a website to give to me. He didn’t even give me a call to answer questions about the accounts. I am curious why they would turn away business.
Rude! Horrible customer service. Don't give them your business. They will close your account and ruin your credit without any advance notice or warning. 0 out of 5 stars!
