Like others, I was excited to switch from a big bank to a local credit union. I swear it used to be better, but over time they haven't been able to keep up technologically and with many of the necessary amenities for banking. I've had positive experiences with the staff. A frustrating example is that their ATM at their North Park location is down and it took about 15 minutes waiting for a teller in the bank to withdraw cash. Once I have the energy and time I'll probably switch banks
Nothing else says just how much you care when "compliments and complaints" have to be mailed to a PO Box in 2025.
I used to brag about this place, not anymore! Speak to Your customers/account holders with a little more dignity and respect and do Your best to not insult their intelligence. Without them, there wouldn't be a brach for You to work at.
