Still the worst bank. They put a charge off in my account in error. I never got to speak to anyone over the phone about this since I moved out of state. I had the funds to immediately pay it. Charge off was $20. I wrote letters, they never responded. Filled out the form to dispute the charge. Years later, it still affects my credit score. I hate them. They could've rectified the situation
