Choose another branch. I’ve had SDCCU for 5 years and this is the first time I went to this branch and I won’t do it again. Customer service needs work.
What is happening with the birds on this building I live several blocks away and they're keeping me awake day and night. I finally looked the other day when I was walking my dog and there's a giant nest at the top of their sign and they're just squawking day and night the fact that I can hear them three blocks away is like they need to get those birds off their roof. I mean be a good neighbor come on here
Like others, I was excited to switch from a big bank to a local credit union. I swear it used to be better, but over time they haven't been able to keep up technologically and with many of the necessary amenities for banking. I've had positive experiences with the staff. A frustrating example is that their ATM at their North Park location is down and it took about 15 minutes waiting for a teller in the bank to withdraw cash. Once I have the energy and time I'll probably switch banks
Nothing else says just how much you care when "compliments and complaints" have to be mailed to a PO Box in 2025.
