Service has been terrible, you cannot withdraw money from the outside ATM, and if you walk inside they have one or maybe 2 open cashiers, with 6-7 people in line.
The ambiance at this branch is welcoming. Tellers are friendly & helpful. Branch has a pleasant environment given that financial institutions tend to be snobby but NOT National City. Bilingual Staff on hand, staff is considerate of all.
This bank literally sucks! Over the years they’ve become less helpful! Instead of improving quality standards and helping their clients, they just reject or refuse service even for the simplest of things like requesting a new card! Any bank would be better than SDCCU at this point
