They finally knocked down the drive up ATM since it never worked. Just left the walk up and that doesn't either! This is ridiculous. Trying to put money in my account and can't unless it's business hours which is shorter than my work hours! Update: They also take forever. They dont care about how long you wait. Go to Mission Fed or California Coast they will be HAPPY to see you plus no lines. Mission Fed (E. Plaza Blvd) Cal Coast Credit Union (Sweetwater Blvd) *LACK of DIVERSITY in Management*, slow moving bank tellers, lazy and unprofessional security guard, poor parking, and shady business practices. Everyone uses SDCCU and to this bank location, you're just a number.

Avoid at all costs, I regret so much going with sdccu chase was just much easier, atms always worked, the app is 100x better even 10 years ago the app was better than sdccus current app, none of their drive thru atms in sandiego work there's none anymore at this location, the atms themselves hardly ever work, the app is outdated, its going to be a pain in the ass but I need to change banks sdccus is awful.

Waited 25 mins to make a withdrawal with only four people in line!!! Horrible service, no sense of urgency, tellers taking their sweet time to service the members. Management is horrible and over all bad service.
