Never really been the one to put reviews but this time it’s deserving. My card was blocked by the bank because it’s expiring in a month, understandable IF my physical card was already delivered. I called the bank and explained the situation, they told me my new card was mailed August 3rd, when I went to the bank they told me it actually got mailed August 7th. This means I have to wait another week for my card. I have rent, school loans, electric bill, and more due but my card is electronically blocked. Everything got decline... read more
Two tellers, manger just in her office, teller supervisor just sitting at her computer. This place needs better management for sure. Unsat and it 1pm on a tues.
Straight burning trash, you are better off using Mission Fed
This bank sucks, been a member for 6 years with no bad credit card score on records but when you apply for a car loan you get approved with a certain amount then once you find a car & provide the details they lower the car loan amount. Their policy also sucks for credit cards if you want to increase your credit card amount, you have to apply for another card which makes no sense. A representative also denied my husband from opening a bank account since she was looking for a bill with his name on it that another representativ... read more
