This branch is a better set up. They always have money at the ATM staff is friendly and respectful. Spoke to Mark Assistant Bank Manager who really listened to me on Saturday he was humbled and professional. I appreciate this branch

Worst place ever. Employee's cuss and think it's a party any time I'm there. I can only imagine what they're like around other customers or none at all. The most unprofessional I've seen. Disgraceful!

I don't normally go out of my way to do reviews, much less for places I know people must frequent regardless. But seeing the low ratings doesn't sit right with me, So I just wanted to give a positive rating for this particular SDCCU branch and especially to the woman who has helped me twice now and has done a spectacular job, named Theora, she's fast, efficient and friendly. This branch since moving closer into mission valley is now my go to for the foreseeable future :)

Questionable ethics, I was dealing with a large sum of money. They insisted it had to be sent to a savings account instead of directly to a loan for payoff. It took persistence to get the actual account information, after providing the loan account number she said "wires probably can't be sent to it" No they most definitely can. Of course Why would they want to tell you that when they can collect interest on your money and the loan.
