Update: SDCCU was able to recover my expired points — not sure how, but I’m definitely happy with the outcome. I’ve updated my rating from 1 to 4 stars. I loved to open an account here, but couldn't due to their policies. Booked an appointment and found about it later during the appointment. Could have saved sometime if they informed earlier while taking the appointment. Hope and wish local banks like this succeed.
