Antiquated services for a large credit union. No electronic wire transfers you have to go into a branch for everyone and they take about 60 minutes each time. Dissapointing
One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at any SDCCU branch. Most other SDCCU branches are fantastic (especially the Regents Rd branch), but this Kearny Mesa branch is just as bad as the Otay Ranch (if not worse) than that one. I’ve had better treatment from the DMV!

This review is for the atm machine. Pulled out a $100 and the machine gave me two $50 bills. Then went inside the bank and tried to get $20 bills. They were happy to do it but turned me away since I didn’t have an account.
