SDCCU is the worst bank in San Diego.

Between SDCCU and Dixieline, I can’t tell which is worse with the overly complicated transaction process. I try to perform basic transfers between accounts or (god forbid) another bank, and it is super painful. I had to go in for a wire transfer and I waited 20 min for a “Manager” to approve a $900 transaction. I totally agree with other reviews that this strategy of advertising to be the “Best of” in San Diego is a farce. Get back to work instead of applying lipstick to a pig.

After gathering all of these papers and specifically leaving my tax documents at home bc they are not included in my highlighted list of papers, I got to the appointment to be told that I need my tax ID number. Should I probably know that off hand?... read more

I recently had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with SDCCU, and I feel compelled to share my negative review to warn others about their poor service. I used their mobile deposit feature to deposit a check into my account, and initially, everything seemed to go smoothly as they posted the check amount to my account. However, my satisfaction quickly turned into dismay when several days later, SDCCU inexplicably withdrew the check amount from my account. Their reason? The check wasn't endorsed with my husba... read more
