I am disappointed with the lack of professionalism by nursing staff Crystal today. I booked an appointment for 2:00pm today Saturday, October 21, 2023 with Crystal for Botox treatments to my forehead, eyes, and jaws, however by 2:15 pm, I had not heard from Crystal and I when I inquired on the status of my appointment, I was told by another medical professional that she was with a client and she would be with me shortly. Meri has such a gentle hand with injections. My results are always natural and wonderful! I won't see anyone else. She works at the Mission Valley location. I highly recommend seeing her!
