Absolutely LOVED my massage with Stephanie! I always carry a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck, and when I stood up I felt so loose and relaxed! I also have been having tightness in one of my legs and she knew exactly where to work to relieve that pinching feeling. Would definitely recommend her and will 100% be back! Stephanie is simply amazing. With several months to go before my hip replacement surgery, I went to see Stephanie in hopes of managing some of the awful hip and leg pain. I didn’t know what to expect could even be done, but she seemed to know exactly what to do. I left there feeling better than I had in months, and will be going back again soon. Strongly recommend!
Stephanie is the best masseuse I have ever been to!! Her techniques are amazing, and her space is so soothing. I’ve probably seen her at least 6x now and will continue to do so on a monthly basis. 10/10 recommend.
I have been in chronic hip pain for months and not sleeping. After seeing Stephanie, it was the first time I was able to sleep through the night without pain medication. I am so grateful for the care and knowledge she provided. Will be going back!
Stephanie is incredible! I am visiting La Jolla, and found her on Google, and I am so grateful I did! I hurt my shoulder pretty badly in January, and now, 6 months later, I have some range back, but it's very stiff in my joint. Whatever magic Stephanie did in 1 hour of a combo session has me feeling better than I have since my injury!!!
