I called trying to book an appointment and the woman on the phone was really unprofessional. Transcription of the phone call: Me: Hi! I was wondering if you have any appointments available? Employee: No. M: … E. … M: Oookay. Is there a website I should go to or—? E: We’re actually really busy right now, so. Bye. [hangs up phone] Maybe they’re phenomenal, but I’ll never know based on that experience. I’d definitely recommend training employees on how to be courteous during phone calls.

I had my makeup done for my bridal shower from SD Shine Studio and I was amazed! My face looked flawless and I received so many compliments! I loved the way I looked. They created the exact look I wanted and did such a professional job. I would highly recommend these ladies to anyone who is looking to get their hair and makeup done! I decided to book S.D Shine studio for my hair and makeup for a family event. I was extremely happy because my makeup and hair was perfect! Hair stayed in place, and my makeup looked fresh throughout the entire day. S.D Shine Studio is an absolute gem in Brampton! Definitely one of the best in hair and makeup in Brampton. Great service & super friendly.
