Do not use Motorwerks to sell your car. I agreed to sell my car via consignment with Brett Burgess and Motorwerks. The car was sold months ago. They sent me a check for the difference of what I owed and what they sold it for. That check bounced. They told me that the buyers financing didn't go through. It’s has been an amazing journey!. The customer experience with Charles & Rick has been awesome, they went way above and beyond my expectations. ....They provided all the documents to my bank and the bank issued me the check the same day. I flew out the same night and Charles had picked me up late at night 11(pm). We went to the paper work and I was out before midnight. The car was amazing to drive for 1400 miles. If I need a high end car like an R8, I’ll definitely reach out to them again!

On June 21st this car dealership allowed someone to purchase a car for $57K using someone else’s identity. That would be mine by the way. I would think that a reputable company like this would verify one’s identity more thoroughly. Maybe use a picture ID or something. I hope you’re able to get the car back because I’m sure the bank will be wanting their money back since they won’t be getting anything from me. Amazingly poor business practice. You may want to revisit your SOP on how to sell cars.

While working in California, My husband Vincent Gaskin purchased a 2018 Porsche from this dealership December 12, 2021 for my birthday. I waited to post this so I could think of the effects of my words here. The following is my experience with SD motor works. I was interested in a 2015 BMW 640i white with red interior. I called and spoke with Brett and was clear about what I was looking for. He said he would send pictures in 20 minutes. 3 hours later I called and he sent 2 pictures.
