Okay this is hands down the best massage experience I’ve had in San Diego. I went once a few years ago and LOVED it, but I’m so bad at prioritizing self care. I recently had a back injury and so I went back, and holy cow why haven’t I been doing this regularly the whole time? Reyna is so in-tuned to the body and creates such a safe and affirming space-she is a true healer. She transformed my body with her massage, and offered really great insights after about what she observed. I will be prioritizing this, it’s so worth it.
I had the most incredible massage experience here and cannot recommend Reyna enough. She truly specializes in deep tissue work and nervous system reset, and you can feel the difference immediately. During the session, it felt like both physical and emotional tension I had been holding onto for a long time was finally released. When you meet a massage therapist that takes you away during your session, you have found a fairy. That's what I have found in Reyna she knows my stress areas and works them into submission...haha. She is a gem and I am lucky to have found her.
I had a massage with Reyna today and wow did I need that. First, I appreciated her intake form and detailed instructions on how to find her location. Made it super easy and comforting. And second, she really listened to what I needed in terms of body work. Reyna was able to find exactly where I was extra tense and made my experience not only very productive but nice and relaxing.
