Don’t waste your time. My wife and I went into the Encinitas location on Friday 9/2. Whoever they have working at this location needs lessons in customer service. No one even acknowledged our presence, let alone greeted us or asked if we had any questions, etc. At first, I thought maybe they’re helping someone else, but we looked around for about 15 minutes, and crickets - nothing from anyone working there. We finally left when it was clear no one was going to assist us.
This is my second time using this company. Very knowledgeable, great products at a competitive price and artful installation of carpet and vinyl planking.
The result of their granite work for my small project was just amazing. I highly recommend their service to anyone. Staff are really nice and they would address any concern or question of yours.
