Rented for a year and a couple months. Took them MONTHS to get things fixed and they constantly screwed us over. Took them 6 months to fix a broke garage disposal that was broken when we moved in, took 2 weeks to get a replacement fridge which was broken when we moved in, took 4-5 months to fix a running toilet, then we had rats in the backyard and other issues in the house that they didn’t even fix! This is a horrible company rented from them for 4 years and it was the worst trying to get anything fixed also they are liar's
