Thanks to Dr. Dennis Lewis and his staff for the exemplary care of my wife who was recently seen for an allergic reaction to bee stings! While she probably should have gone to the ER instead of the urgent care, we are very glad that she didn't. They did an excellent job!! She was treated, released and is doing excellent today! Thank you very much!
My husband suddenly took ill so we needed care and couldn't wait til morning. We went to SCV Quality Care - Urgent Care Facility. We were well cared for and he was quickly relieved of his symptoms, given a prescription and sent on our way to heal. And today, 24 hours later, he is resting and is much improved. Thank you for your kind and competent care.
In general, this is a fantastic practice. Dr. Lewis is the best; he really knows his stuff and has the best bedside manner (now that Alex Turnipseed is no longer working here). However, Dr. Herrera has never been helpful when I've seen her. She tends to not take patient reports, or at least mine, seriously. I try really hard to never see her when I visit. With that being said, people get high quality care here, and as a whole, the staff is highly informed and treat their patients well.
Dr. Lewis and staff are professional and make you feel that you are part of their family. They always put you first! Your health is important to them.
Alex Turnipseed, P.A. Is the Best. Not only knowledgeable, but has a great sense of Humor too. Which is a must in my book. You know what they say... Laughter is the best medicine. But I do have to take away points for some (not all) of the front office staff. Some of them need a real attitude adjustment.
