stayed at the motel for a week the Thursday night boot camp class was great everybody's very friendly and the place is clean
Kick ass workout class with Paul "Bodysmith Boot Camp" battle ropes and bungees. Every Thursday six to seven!
I have been a member since it opened! I think they have the cleanest (most the time ;) ) facility for miles! I have friends that travel for an hour to come work out here & spend the day with me. They love it too!
Called to get info about doing my physical therapy in the pool walk in it for one hour,the guy said all I need is a note saying how long and why I need to do it and I got all that went today to get set up and they Arnt going to honor what the guy said. So now I'm out the money for a office call just to get the slip..thinking the manager needs to get crew all on same page.
